She interviewed hundreds of people, read through thousands of pages of psychology, neuroscience and philosophy.
Bringing it all together
“I found that there are what I call four pillar of a meaningful life.”
「私が‘意義ある人生の4つの柱’(four pillar of a meaningful life)と呼ぶものを見つけたのです」
“The first pillar is belonging.” 「
“Belonging comes from being in relationships.” 「
“Where you’re valued for who you are intrinsically” 「
This is nice…!
And...
I am awfully sorry but I have to go to bed now because it’s my bed time!
I will come back very soon for the second pillar, then third and fourth right after that!
